Our engravings can be beautifully paint filled in a wide array of colors. While we offer a selection of paint colors, we have even more options that aren't listed. If you have a specific color in mind that you don't see in the selection, please don't hesitate to send us a message, as we might have exactly what you're looking for.
The leather tab we use measures 1"x5" and is crafted from 8-10 oz black leather. If you desire a different size or color for the leather, kindly let us know, and we'll accommodate your preferences. You can also personalize the pull tag with a name, number, phrase, and/or design. Please be aware that due to the size of the leather tab, there may be some design limitations. If you'd like the leather to be a different color, we can likely order the dye/leather, but this may extend the processing time for your order.
Each purchase includes a small black carabiner along with a custom leather tab.

All of our products are handmade and custom-made to order. Due to the nature of our production process, turnaround times for keychain/replacement leather tab orders may vary depending on the volume of orders received.
We strive to complete and ship orders within 2 weeks. However, during periods of high demand, the turnaround time may extend to 4 weeks. To ensure quality and timely delivery, we pause accepting new orders when turnaround times approach 4 weeks. New orders will only be accepted once we reduce the turnaround time to 2 weeks or less.

At 737leather, all of our products are handmade and custom-made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once work has begun on your order.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [Insert Contact Email] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to resolve the problem, which may include a replacement or repair.
