How long will my order take?+
The current made-to-order turnaround is 1–3 weeks. The announcement at the top of the site will always show the latest estimate.
Which SCBA mask cover do I need?+
Mask covers must match the exact facepiece model: Scott AV-3000, Scott C5, or MSA G1. If you are unsure, email 737Leather@gmail.com with the mask model or a clear photo.
How do I personalize an item?+
Use the exact-wording field and product-specific options on the product page. Upload a clear image if your design needs a logo or emblem.
Will I see my design before production?+
Yes, when a custom design requires a proof. You can approve it or request a revision before production begins.
What is the return or refund policy?+
Personalized and made-to-order products are final sale once production begins. If an order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact 737Leather@gmail.com promptly.
Do you ship internationally?+
No. 737Leather currently accepts and ships orders only to addresses within the United States.
