Custom orders
Custom work begins after proof approval. Customers are responsible for checking spelling, numbers, colors, placement, and all visible details in the approved proof.

Artwork and customer content
By uploading artwork, the customer confirms they own it or have permission to reproduce it. 737Leather may decline content that cannot be lawfully or safely produced.
Shipping
737Leather ships only to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available. Production estimates begin after proof approval. Delivery time is separate from production time. Tracking information is sent when the shipping label is created.
Returns and refunds
Personalized and custom-made products are generally not returnable unless they arrive damaged or materially differ from the approved proof. Ready-made product rules may differ.
Cancellations
Contact 737Leather immediately. Orders canceled before proof work begins may be eligible for a full refund. Design work, materials, or production already completed may be deducted where permitted.
Privacy
Customer information is used to fulfill orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. The site uses privacy-conscious first-party analytics to record page paths, estimated visible time, device class, and anonymous cart activity so the storefront can be improved. It does not store full IP addresses for analytics or use advertising-tracking cookies. Private customer artwork is not placed in the public product image library.
