What to Expect from a Custom-Order Proof
A proof is the checkpoint between your submitted idea and production. It confirms the layout, spelling, and artwork treatment before the custom piece is built.
Artwork review
737Leather checks the submitted file, wording, selected options, and product space. If information is missing or artwork will not reproduce cleanly, the order moves to an artwork-needed status.
Online approval
The private order-status page displays the current proof. You can approve it or request a revision with exact notes. The response and timestamp become part of the order history.
Production begins after approval
Approval means spelling, layout, and design treatment are accepted. Revision requests return the order to the mockup workflow and may move the estimated ship window.
